Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Windows VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions. The App, related marks, interfaces, documentation, and technical materials are owned by the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users through reasonable channels. You are responsible for device, account, and password security; jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system security protections may cause the App to malfunction or increase risk.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using those related functions, you are also subject to the terms and privacy rules of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, weak signal, local network policy, or carrier restrictions. Using the App outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may generate mobile data or roaming fees, which are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Losses caused by battery depletion, disabled system permissions, third-party platform restrictions, or violations of law are outside our compensation scope. We work to provide accurate route status and service information, but some data may come from third-party infrastructure or partners. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Service as permitted by law; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: sales of software, digital services, or licenses are final once access has been delivered, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

Unauthorized Use: no refund will be provided if license keys, accounts, or digital access are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization; related accounts may be restricted.

Policy Changes: we may revise this refund policy from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on the website.
